Inventory
The economy map
The inventory allows the manager to both itemize the entire park of hardware and software installed on the network, and manage software licenses purchased. This way, you avoid unnecessary purchases and, as a consequence, investments are addressed to where they are really needed.
It also:
- Identifies the components of each networked computer (memory, hard drives, boards, and others);
- Informs the connection of USB devices instantly;
- Registers and notifies any changes in the hardware or software made in the stations;
- Stores the history of software licenses purchased;
- Registers suppliers, invoices and activation keys;
- Confronts licenses acquired with the software already installed;

Safety is a major world issue. With Neteye, it is not different! Using this module, the manager defines the rules that authorize or deny the installation or the running of programs, as well as the access to web pages.
As a result, Neteye:
- Ensures blocking the access to pages, undue software, and the control panel, among others.
- Logs all printed documents, recording the file name, total pages per user and per sector, etc.;
- Logs files transferred or altered in USB devices.
- Blocks access to USB devices, per user, per sector or the entire company.
